Our Story
From a single machine to a global manufacturer
PrimePlast Industries was founded in 1989 by Suresh Patil, a tooling engineer with a vision to bring world-class plastic manufacturing to Aurangabad’s growing industrial belt. What began with a single injection molding machine and a team of five has grown into a 50,000 sq. ft. facility with 24 machines serving clients across 20+ countries.
Through the 1990s, we expanded from household goods into industrial components, securing our first export order in 1996. The ISO 9001 certification in 2003 opened doors to regulated industries, and our 2011 plant expansion allowed us to invest in in-house tooling — a capability that sets us apart to this day.
Today, PrimePlast is a trusted partner to OEMs, brand owners, and distributors worldwide. Our commitment to precision, quality, and on-time delivery has remained constant through three decades of growth.

1989
Company Founded
PrimePlast Industries established in Aurangabad with a single injection molding machine and a team of five, focused on household plastic goods.
1996
First Export Order
Secured our first international export order, supplying injection molded components to a European automotive tier-1 supplier.
2003
ISO 9001 Certification
Achieved ISO 9001 certification, formalizing our quality management system and opening doors to regulated industry clients.
2011
New Manufacturing Plant
Commissioned a new 50,000 sq. ft. plant in MIDC Industrial Area with expanded machine capacity and an in-house tool room.
2019
Capacity Expansion
Added all-electric injection molding machines and an automated quality inspection line, doubling annual production capacity to 10,000 MT.
