Manufacturing Process & Capabilities

A disciplined, end-to-end process from design to dispatch — backed by advanced machinery, in-house tooling, and rigorous quality control.

Our Process

From concept to dispatch in 5 disciplined steps

Every project follows a structured process that ensures quality at every stage — from initial design through final packaging.

Step 1

Design & Prototyping

Our engineering team collaborates with you to refine part design, material selection, and feasibility. We produce rapid prototypes for form, fit, and function validation before committing to tooling.

Step 2

Mold Development

Molds are designed and manufactured in-house using CNC machining, EDM, and precision surface grinding. We build for longevity, with hardened steel cavities and optimized cooling channels.

Step 3

Injection Molding Production

Parts are molded on servo-hydraulic and all-electric machines from 80 to 650 tons. Process parameters are monitored in real time to maintain consistency across high-volume runs.

Step 4

Quality Testing & Inspection

Every batch undergoes dimensional inspection, visual QC, and material testing in our quality lab. Statistical process control tracks critical dimensions across production cycles.

Step 5

Packaging & Dispatch

Approved parts are packaged to your specification — bulk, kitted, or retail-ready — and dispatched through our logistics network with full traceability and on-time delivery tracking.

Machinery & Capabilities

Equipment engineered for precision and scale

A diverse fleet of machines, in-house tooling, and comprehensive secondary operations under one roof.

Injection Molding Machines

80 – 650 Tons

A fleet of 24 servo-hydraulic and all-electric machines covering clamping forces from 80 to 650 tons, capable of shot sizes from 5 g to 4 kg.

Tool Room & Mold Making

Up to 1,200 kg molds

In-house tool room with CNC milling, EDM, wire-cut, and surface grinding. We build and maintain molds up to 1,200 kg with hardened steel cavities.

Materials Handled

PP · HDPE · LDPE · PVC · ABS · Nylon

We process a wide range of commodity and engineering polymers including PP, HDPE, LDPE, PVC, ABS, Nylon, PC, and glass-filled variants.

Secondary Operations

Full finishing

In-house capabilities for printing, hot stamping, ultrasonic welding, assembly, and custom packaging — delivering finished, ready-to-ship products.

Quality Lab

SPC + dimensional

Dedicated quality lab with CMM, digital calipers, gauges, and material testing equipment. Statistical process control on all critical-to-quality dimensions.

Annual Capacity

10,000 MT

A combined annual production capacity of 10,000 MT across two shifts, scalable to a third shift for high-volume OEM programs and seasonal demand.

Quality & Certifications

Quality is not a checkpoint — it’s our culture

Every component we manufacture passes through a rigorous quality process. Our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system ensures that every stage — from raw material inspection to final dispatch — is documented, traceable, and continuously improved.

Our dedicated quality lab is equipped with coordinate measuring machines (CMM), digital gauges, and material testing equipment. We apply statistical process control (SPC) to track critical-to-quality dimensions across production cycles, ensuring consistency even in high-volume runs.

Sustainability

Manufacturing responsibly for a greener future

We believe responsible manufacturing is non-negotiable. Our facility implements comprehensive waste reduction, recycling, and energy efficiency programs to minimize our environmental footprint.

All plastic waste from production is reground and reused where specifications allow. We’ve invested in energy-efficient all-electric machines that reduce power consumption by up to 40% compared to conventional hydraulic presses, and our water cooling system is a closed-loop design with zero discharge.

In-House Regrinding

Production waste reground and reused where specs allow.

Zero-Discharge Cooling

Closed-loop water system with no wastewater output.

40% Less Energy

All-electric machines cut power consumption significantly.

ISO 14001

Environmental management system certified.
